  • its garlic tincture time me thinks, i have rescued the following with this, sunflowers, tomatoes, hostas, elephants ears, lettuce, boil up two garlic heads the whole thing,in a pan with water,i do this about 4 times for economic reasons, then dilute the tincture in your watering can with water, lots of it. it is brilliant, we should always remember whenever we plant out a slug will think its for him so, new plant in one hand garlic tincture in the other, how many potential gardeners have been snookered at the first fence by these blighters.

  • All depends on where you have them situated?
Munjacks(not sure of spelling) are not a prolific pest and can sometime intrude in gardens and clear up any vegetable plants that looks inviting. Otherwise slugs can devistate a plant overnight.
