What zoning is your land in? Have you built any structures over a certain size? Have the council said why you needed planning permission, as not all land does need permission. Do let us know how you get on.

In response to I joined Landshare last year to offer part of my land for allotments, the result is that now I have 10 plots and a group of new friends, the downside is I have been reported to the local council for not applying for planning permission, any advice ??
