We're looking for somewhere to grow our own veg in / around Crystal Palace / Gipsy Hill. Ideally within 2 miles of our postcode. Happy to assist with initial site clearing if required.

I am close to agreeing access to a Landowners garden to start growing. They have now asked for a "fair" payment of £10 / month even though we plan to use collected rainwater. This seems unfair and will be a deal-breaker for me. Thoughts?
